Cancellation Policy.
1. If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

2. If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

3. If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

4. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Refund Policy.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days. All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's Bank Accout.

If we change or cancel your holiday and Nature Call.

1. We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.

2. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

3. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour already commenced.
Bhavesh Holidays will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to any natural disaster. There can be exceptional circumstances where Bhavesh Holidays and / or the Service Providers  may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like act of God, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. or any other reason beyond the control of Bhavesh Holidays. If Bhavesh Holidays has advance knowledge of any such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to the User or refund then booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service. Bhavesh Holidays Will not responsible for any Nature Call Like, Car Accident, Landslide, Heavy Snow Fall,  Cab skating, Traffic Jam.if the tour hasn’t.

If you want to change your holiday plan.

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

Volvo Bus Policy

Bhavesh Holidays shall not be held responsible if a passenger misses the Volvo bus due to any reason. In such cases, the passenger will be required to pay the full amount for the next available Volvo bus. Additionally, Bhavesh Holidays is not responsible for any delays, breakdowns, or technical faults that may occur with the Volvo bus during the journey, as these are mechanical issues that can happen unexpectedly. Furthermore, Volvo bus tickets are issued on the same day of travel, and the ticket amount is to be paid directly to the Volvo operator at the time of boarding or booking.

Tour Policy
Once the tour has started, the package cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If the client still chooses to cancel the tour after it has commenced, full payment for the entire package will be required. No recent or last-minute changes will be entertained in the package once the tour has started. If the client opts for any additional sightseeing or services beyond the mentioned itinerary, the charges for those will have to be paid separately. After the booking, the remaining balance amount must be paid on the tour start date, this is mandatory.

Check in Time OR Check Out Time
Bhavesh Holidays does not guarantee early check-in or late check-out, as it depends entirely on room availability at the hotel. If the room is available, you may be allowed to check in early. However, if the room is not available, check-in will be provided only as per the hotel’s standard check-in and check-out timings. The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and the check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Budget Hotel & Food Policy

Bhavesh Holidays provides budget tour packages, and the hotel arrangements are made accordingly under the budget category. The food included in the package is strictly vegetarian (Veg). In case any guest requires non-vegetarian (Non-Veg) food, the same will not be included in the package, and the cost must be paid directly by the guest to the hotel.Bhavesh Holidays shall not be held responsible for non-veg food arrangements or related charges, as the package is designed to offer a budget-friendly travel experience.

Heavy Snow Fall Policy

Bhavesh Holidays shall not be held responsible for excessive snowfall or adverse weather conditions in Manali or nearby areas. Snowfall is a natural phenomenon and is completely beyond the control of Bhavesh Holidays. In case of heavy snowfall, guests will be taken only up to the point where the vehicle is permitted to operate safely. Any travel beyond that point, including alternative transport arrangements or additional expenses, shall be borne by the client directly. Clients cannot force Bhavesh Holidays to provide additional services or arrangements beyond the agreed tour package. Bhavesh Holidays provides tour packages strictly within the predefined budget. Bhavesh Holidays always operates in accordance with Himachal Pradesh Government guidelines and local administration instructions. If any client fails to follow government guidelines or tour instructions, and any incident or accident occurs under such circumstances, the client shall be solely responsible.

Legal Jurisdiction Policy.

All disputes, complaints, claims, differences, or legal proceedings of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to civil, criminal, consumer, or commercial matters, arising out of or in connection with the services, bookings, payments, or transactions of Bhavesh Holidays, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi only, to the complete exclusion of courts at any other place.

Group Tour 

Our group tours are organized in a family-friendly and respectful environment. All participants are expected to maintain discipline, decorum, and mutual respect throughout the tour. Any form of misbehavior, abusive language, inappropriate actions, or unnecessary disturbance is strictly prohibited. Indecent behavior, harassment, or misconduct with any co-traveler or team member will not be tolerated.

Consumption of alcohol is permitted only inside your personal hotel room. Drinking alcohol in public areas, buses, corridors, or group spaces is strictly prohibited. Any misbehavior under the influence of alcohol will be treated as a serious violation of tour rules.

If any participant is found creating disturbance, misbehaving, or behaving inappropriately under the influence of alcohol, the tour management reserves the right to drop the participant at the nearest safe bus stop or location. Any misbehavior under the influence of alcohol will be treated as a serious violation of tour rules.

Any serious misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior towards any team member or fellow traveler may result in. filing of a police complaint, as deemed necessary by the tour management.

Any action taken by the hotel authorities due to alcohol consumption or misconduct within hotel premises. shall be the sole responsibility of the individual participant. The tour company, group, or team shall not be held responsible for any penalties or actions taken by the hotel.

All guests are requested to strictly follow the scheduled timings during the group tour. If any guest fails to arrive at the designated pickup point or sightseeing location on time, the group vehicle will not wait and will proceed as per the itinerary. In such a case, the guest will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to rejoin the group at their own expense. Bhavesh Holidays will not be responsible for any delay or additional costs incurred due to late arrival.

All group members are required to stay together at all times during the tour. Participants are free to explore and visit places, however, it is mandatory that everyone remains with the group at all times. Due to frequent network connectivity issues in Himachal Pradesh, it is strictly advised not to separate from the group under any circumstances.

All participants must strictly follow the timings provided by the tour coordinator. Returning at the assigned time is mandatory. Failure to do so may result in the group moving ahead without waiting, and the individual will have to manage at their own expense.

In case of heavy snowfall, guests will be taken only up to the point where the vehicle is allowed to operate safely as per government and local authority guidelines. Any travel beyond that point shall be at the client’s own expense. Bhavesh Holidays always follows Himachal Pradesh Government and local administration guidelines. If any client does not follow these instructions and any incident or accident occurs, the client will be solely responsible. The transportation charge of ₹2,800 per person (Delhi to Manali or up to the last accessible point) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including snowfall, weather conditions, or road closures.

Bhavesh Holidays’ responsibility is to provide guests with a snow experience, whether it is at Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel, Sissu, or any other accessible location where snowfall is available. The vehicle will be taken only up to the point where snow is safely accessible and permitted as per road and weather conditions. Once snow is available at any location, the vehicle will not proceed further. No guest shall force the driver or the company to move the vehicle beyond that point under any circumstances.

In any situation where a client is unable to continue the journey due to weather conditions and is required to extend their stay at the hotel, all additional expenses including extra night charges must be borne by the client directly. Bhavesh Holidays shall not be responsible for any such additional costs. As the package is already provided at a budget price, any extension due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, road blockage, or delays will be managed and paid by the client themselves.

Please note that Atal Tunnel and Sissu sightseeing is complimentary from Bhavesh Holidays. No additional charges are collected for this visit, and therefore it cannot be claimed as a guaranteed service.

Adventure activities are not included in the package and are performed at the participant’s own risk. Bhavesh Holidays will not be held responsible for any Injury, Accident, Mishappening, during adventure activities or any personal situations.

All participants are expected to maintain proper personal hygiene during the tour. Shoes and socks must be clean, and care should be taken to ensure that no inconvenience or discomfort is caused to other group members.

Carrying any kind of weapon, sharp object, or harmful item during the tour that may cause injury or harm to any individual is strictly prohibited. if any participant is found carrying such prohibited items or refuses to comply with this rule, the tour management reserves the right to take strict action, including filing a police FIR (First Information Report) against the individual. Such actions will be taken to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff, and no claims or objections shall be entertained in this regard.

By joining the group tour, all participants agree to abide by the above rules and regulations. This policy is enforced to ensure the safety, comfort, and positive travel experience of all guests..All Policy valid for Group Tour and Othes Tour.
